Participants will learn how to listen to their bodies in motion and to use them more efficiently, increasing enjoyment and productivity. Many common aches and pains can be reduced or eliminated by incorporating yoga into daily gardening chores. The Yogic Gardener™ is a gentle, systematic stretching program that works the whole body without trauma. Flexibility is not a prerequisite, and no prior yoga experience is needed. This individualized, experiential clinic offers sitting and standing postures only. The wearing of business or street attire will be taken into consideration.
